How to customize your SMS

1. Compliance and settings

If you haven't finished the SMS setup, you will see an informational banner under the Compliance and settings section, requesting you to set up your free dedicated sending numbers first.

Click Set up SMS to set up your free dedicated phone numbers.

Click SMS Settings to view and edit your compliance, sender info, keywords, and quiet hours:

TCPA/GDPA compliance: Ensure that you are compliant with TCPA/GDPR rules and regulations by consulting with your legal counsel.
Sender information: It includes the phone numbers generated based on the countries/regions you plan to send SMS to.
Keywords: It includes the opt-in and opt-out keywords that users will send to your sender number to subscribe or unsubscribe from SMS marketing.
Quiet hours: With quiet hours, you can limit the time when flows can send SMSes to recipients. It is based on the country code of your recipients. You can see how many recipients are in queue to receive the newsletter if they lie within the quiet hours.

2. SMS name

Give your SMS a name. It is for your reference only and will not be shown to your customers.

3. Text

Select Add Text STOP to opt out to let users opt out from your SMS newsletters

4. Send to

You can select the contacts you want to send your SMS to based on the options given below:
