Now define the value of the given triggers: ‘Minimum cart value’ and ‘Delay time’

Although both the triggers are self-explanatory, yet we would like to give a small brief to nip potential confusion in the bud. When a buyer adds products greater than or equal to your defined cart value but doesn’t proceed to checkout, he/she will receive a message as per the time mentioned in the ‘Delay time’ field.
Click on ‘Save’ to finish the process

Yes, keep the following details in mind while using Automizely SMS.

SMSes will be sent to customers located in US, Canada, Australia, UK, or India

Maximum 100 SMSes are allowed for time being. Once you are out of your message quota, your SMS marketing campaign will be on halt. But you can request our support team for more messages if needed 🤟

Customers won't receive messages if they haven't subscribed or given consent for receiving text messages

Abandoned checkout notification will not be sent in case of paid or archived orders

SMS notifications won't be triggered for those abandoned checkout events that had happened before installing the app
